Mountains & Wales

Snowdonia is a place I love to hike and paint. Completing long distance trails give me a sense of fulfilment along with a sense of isolation which connects me to the landscape and helps me to experience my surroundings differently. I enjoy returning to mountains I know well and painting them in different lights and times of year. I have trekked in the Alps and in Iceland and hope to portray the contrasting geology.
