Recent work

In 2024 I have continued to work on my favourite rural and urban landscapes, featuring allotments, London parks, urban skylines , seascapes and mountains.

During a trip to Iceland, I trekked through extraordinary volcanic scenery and across glaciers and have begun to represent these strange landscapes.

My love for trees is a recurring theme in my art. Alongside painting the woods of Hampstead Heath and Epping Forest, I have also taken an active role in conservation by planting saplings in Snowdonia.

In May I won 1st prize in Wimbourne Plein Air competition in Dorset

As Artist in Residence at Highgate allotments I have led creative clay and painting workshops with children from Highgate Primary School

I continue to work as a GP in Islington and have run creative workshops for vulnerable patients in collaboration with Hackney Mosaic Project. I also organised a wellbeing workshop for nurses at Great Ormond Street Hospital .
